WHEELCHAIRS

The main entrance on the museum’s west side is accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services on a first-come, first-serve basis.

ELEVATORS

Elevators are located on both ends of the building. The north elevator provides access to event rooms, classrooms, the school lunchroom, and administrative offices. The south elevator provides access to the museum’s exhibit galleries.

RAMPWAYS

Sloping ramps on either side of The National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico’s container ship also provide access via wheelchair.
